The scrubs might help, but if I'm honest, David Conrad in pretty much anything—including a towel— brings Brian to mind.  His characters on Ghost Whisperer and in the movie Season for Miracles totally evoke caring, compassionate Brian for me.

Serious Brian

Yannick Bisson of Murdoch Mysteries fame makes a perfect serious, more conservative Brian. His quiet intensity and his guarded vulnerability, plus his smarts and sometimes one-track mind all remind me of a possible future Brian.

Edgy Brian

Okay, so Goran might not sound like Brian, but his Luca in ER definitely makes think of a slightly darker, edgier Brian.

If I had to imagine how Julie Campbell may have pictured a grown-up Brian then I'd go with the classy Gregory Peck every time—integrity, intelligence and classic good looks—perfectly perfect.
